Tip of the Day: How to calm the Chaos of Life

Stress, stress, stress....


Tip 1: Go some place that is quiet, with little disturbances and lock away if necessary. No noodle work involved.


Clear the area of any clutter. 


Get in a comforting position and just meditate on the stillness and silence of the Day. Cast all of your cares and worries aside. If any ideas or must have thoughts come to mind (keep a pen and note pad ready).


Breathe, release all pent up energy and unwind. Let go of all that does not bring you Joy.
