Ever since we got clear internet service, all my boyfriend does is ignore me. Clear Internet service has impacted my life in more ways than one. He has become obsessed with Call of Duty, and all he does is play when he gets home from work. It consumes most of our free time, that he would spend with me and friends. I never imagined that the magnanimity of the internet service would affect my boyfriend. I didn’t mind at first, because I thought he was going through a phase. If this is a phase,(this definitely is an extenuatuating one) I figured he would play obsessively for a few weeks, and then he would get over it. It has been over two months now, and he still hasn’t gotten tired of it. Sometimes I wonder does Clear Internet service have this affect on all its clients? But, I actually think it’s getting worse as the days go on! He is staying up later every night, and I think it might be affecting his performance at work. On top of that, I feel neglected and I’m getting sick of staying home every night and watching him play. I feel ridiculous saying this, but I think he may have a bona fide addiction to gaming. {gaming rehab could be an option for him} I think I am just going to cut off our internet and tell him that we are having technical difficultiesand see how he reacts. At this point I don’t know what else to do.
