I know its been a while since I have posted, but I have some great ideas and recipes that i know you will love and hopefully explore in your homes, parties, or lives.
My Post is called Break-fast; as a quick and easy go to get breakfast done speedily.
I would rate this recipe as fairly EASY. In expensive, affordable, and is a hit for all demographics across the board. The best and healthiest part is it requires 0 effort to fry the eggs because they are baked.
Break-fast Egg Souffle
My Ingriedients:
6 large grade A eggs
1/3 cup of Milk ( I used 2% Milk)
2 tsp of Chicken Broth/Stock
1/2 a clove of garlic (finely minced)
1 tsp of Pink Himalayan salt (Iodized, Kosher, Table Salt will due)
1 tsp of Course Black Pepper (I recommend Butchers Block)
1 tsp of Thyme
1 tsp of Cilantro
1/2 tsp of Organic Coconut Sugar
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
6 grapes tomatoes
Utensils and Cookware:
6x6 or 8x8 Baking dishes or glass pan
1 fork (to whisk the eggs with)
Oven preheated to 365-370 degrees.

Step 1: First pre-heat the oven to 365 or up to 370 degrees. The duration of this process is 10-15 minutes including prep and gathering materials. so not to worry you"ll be done in a sich! (phew)
Gather your medium sized round bowl and combine all ingriedients(6 large grade A eggs
1/3 cup of Milk, 2 tsp of Chicken Broth/Stock, 1/2 a clove of garlic (finely minced), 1 tsp of Pink Himalayan salt , 1 tsp of Course Black Pepper, 1 tsp of Thyme, 1 tsp of Cilantro
,1/2 tsp of Organic Coconut Sugar.
*Except the grape tomatoes.*
A few words of advice the milk is great to make the egg souffle or frittata nice and fluffy, it creates great flavor and texture to the versatility of the egg. Chicken Broth cuts the eggie sent and creates a very uniform smell.
Step 2: Once each of the ingredients are combines and lightly whisked about 4 times within the bowl.
Oil your baking dish by choice (see suggestion above in utensils.)
Step 3: Proceed to cut each of the grapes tomatoes in half, they are semi sweet and have great flavor, very well rounded and low acidity. Then scatter them evenly in your baking dish.
Step 4: Pour mixture into baking pan, and bake for 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy, soft, fluffy or light done you prefer your eggs.
Remove from oven to cool to desired temperature, slice and serve.

Plus Side + : you got Break-fast without breaking a sweat, minimal dishes and very economical.
Tip: -----> This can feed on average anywhere from 4-6 people for a light breakfast or brunch.
